Noah Robertson has spent nearly a decade in water treatment on both the commercial and residential side, working inside large supply and treatment companies where the work is measured in uptime, not promises. That is where he learned to read a system end to end: source water, pre-treatment, membranes, pumping, storage, and what all of it is doing a year after the install.

On the commercial side, that work has run through busy, demanding operations — paving and trucking yards, manufacturers, and facility managers responsible for equipment at multiple sites at once. At that scale nobody wants a salesperson. They want someone who can walk the line, tell them what the water is actually doing, and specify a system that holds up against a production schedule instead of a brochure.

Bertson Supply is that same standard in a local, single-point-of-contact package: systems specified for the real water and the real load, installed properly, and serviced after the fact. For homes that means whole-home reverse osmosis sized to the house and the water coming into it, with specialty RO systems available when a residence needs something beyond the standard whole-home setup.
